They stay busy so although I was a bit annoyed that they left me on hold and never came back, I drove to the restaurant, parked and ordered online.

I sent my son to pick up the food and they told him they never received the order. When I called, the lady said she didn't realize it was an online order.Ordered chicken wings with plain fried rice and got french fries instead of rice.

We don't order from China House as often now simply because they almost always forget something an/or get the order wrong! The lady is very professional and nice, the men, not at all. There are many other Chinese restaurants to choose from.

I live 0.8 miles from this place.. I have a broken ankle and my gf is pregnant, just wanted to order in. Ordered at 7:32 pm im typing this at 9:16 and i still havent received my food. This place sucks.

I have never had any issues. Their food is always extremely hot when it comes and they are prompt. Very fresh food and delicious. One of my favorite Chinese take out's in Norfolk.
